Our textbook this time includes key business topics such as Management, Operations, Marketing Mix and Advertising, Accounting, and Economics. It introduces the basic concepts and terms you will need to use in your daily business.
We will use this text as a “launch pad” into discussions (all-class, and partners), speeches, and presentations about related topics. Students have also asked for a basic review of e-mail, telephone, and day-to-day office English. We will use supplementary materials to cover these topics, too.
The keys to enjoying this class will be： (1) Thorough preparation, and (2) A willingness to SPEAK your ideas and experiences in class.
