This course allows you to join companies as they move through various stages of setting up an alliance, such as: 1) managing change, 2) working with cultural differences, 3) holding negotiations, and 4) giving presentations. The class will cover: reading selections (with a little research for homework), vocabulary and functional language, role-playing assignments, and discussion.
