【目標】
In this course， the participants improve their English language communication skills and knowledge of business and leadership by focusing on and discussing: 1) the concept of leadership， and 2) what can be learned from inspirational leadership stories of famous business and management leaders (e.g.， Steve Jobs， Walt Disney， Jack Welch， Peter Drucker， and Ray Kroc).

【講義概要】
What can be learned from the leadership stories of business and management leaders such as Steve Jobs， Walt Disney， Jack Welch， Peter Drucker， and Ray Kroc? In this course， the participants work in teams to define leadership before discussing inspirational stories of famous business and management leaders. The cases and concepts discussed in class are introduced through videos and online publications. The participants apply what they have been learning in their team presentations of the stories of famous business and management leaders and explain what can be learned from those stories.
