【目標】
To experience the language， topics and classroom environment that a student will encounter if he/she decides to enter a Western MBA program.

【講義概要】
In the first class the teacher and students will discuss and decide which MBA-type topics they will go on to discuss in subsequent classes. Past topics have included Corporate Strategy， M&A， Corporate Finance， Corporate Social Responsibility， S.W.O.T Analysis， Crisis Management， The Company Mission and Core Values， Globalization， Brand Management， Leadership， etc. We vary the class format according to the topic at hand， i.e.， student speeches， class debate， team break-outs， case studies， etc. Do you know what an “Elevator Speech” is? Everyone in business needs to be ready to make one. Accordingly， this will be one of our first topics.

【ご受講に際して】
◆講義はすべて英語で行います。
◆Weekly assignments including some research and preparation， e.g.， for an individual speech of 2-3 minutes.
