＜講義概要＞
Our textbook this time is “International Business Cases and Exercises”. The publisher writes: This is a book of 15 cases that ask students to solve a problem related to various aspects of international business, including international trade theory and policy, managing cultural differences, international marketing, accounting, finance, and strategy.
Some of the topics covered include IKEA’s struggles in the Russian market, Jollibee of the Philippines competing with McDonald’s, Wal-Mart’s possible defeat in Japan, etc. This is an excellent textbook to foster discussions in our class. Please come and enjoy!
