Using the exciting and modern text“Market leader”, this comprehensive four skills course is designed to teach you about business while improving your speaking, listening, reading, writing and vocabulary.
Thoroughly covering critical issues of our time, the main topic being covered this semester is “International Marketing”; We look at international Brands, Brand Image, challenges and problems. We listen to real experts find out about training and more. Time permitting, we will move onto Building Relationships in the Business world. Lots of discussions and role plays and a case study to make you an effective business person in English. Importantly, the text includes a listening component with both native and non-native speakers of English, as well as real newspaper articles/readings, a grammar reference and writing reference file. There is occasional homework assigned in this course.
