グローバルビジネスに従事する方には、組織開発（OD）は聞きなれた言葉かもしれません。それでもまだよく理解されていない理論や実践体系といえましょう。この2日間のワークショップは、経験はあるけれど組織開発（OD）について理解を深めたいと考える方に最適です。初日では、理論的枠組みの学習と成功事例に基づく組織開発(OD)についての対話、計画的な組織変革を促すリーダーシップや組織メンバーの協働活動の関連性について学びます。2日目では、日本で組織開発(OD)を実践する場合にコンサルタントが直面する日本固有文化や海外との融合文化、あるいはグローバル文化の問題を伴う変革実践について体験的に学びます。特に組織開発(OD)の変革実践手法の一つとして、プロセスコンサルテーションから組織診断・分析、コーチング、ファシリテーションを取り上げて、日本での応用事例を基にした参加的学習を通じて変革組織開発(OD)実践技法を学びます。

指定テキストはなく、講師がハンドアウトを用意します。授業はすべて英語で行われます。

プロフィール	（英語のみ） Leslie Rae Taylor Leslie is a Tokyo-based OD Consultant and Executive Coach. She has for the last twelve years supported the development of global leaders and leadership culture in the context of MNCs in Japan. In this capacity, Leslie has experienced first-hand the challenges managers and internal HR and L&D professionals encounter when implementing people and organization development methods in Japanese, hybrid and global organization cultures. She has significant experience in localization of global inclusion/gender/diversity initiatives; implementation of talent management strategy and practice; implementation of systemic leadership development programs. Leslie has served as Senior Consultant, Lead Assessor and Coaching Practice Champion for Personnel Decisions International Japan. Prior to this role, she participated in large-scale interventions to improve organization effectiveness post M&A (IWNC Group). She is currently, Principal Consultant, of The Human Element LLC, and heads the development of OD Network Japan International Practice Group. Leslie holds an M.A. in Organization Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University and is certified as an Executive Coach by Personnel Decisions International, Linkage Inc., and the Japan-America Institute of Management Science. Yoshiharu Matsui Yoshiharu is president of HPO Creation Inc., a management consulting company specializing in leadership and organizational development. He focuses his current practice in the areas of organizational change, leadership development, executive coaching, and marketing and sales development. Earlier in his career, Yoshiharu spent 12 years in marketing and 12 years in human recourses and organizational development working first as Associate Marketing Manager for Richard Vicks, Japan, moved on to Marketing Manager at P&G along with acquisition, and later moved to HR/OD performing various management positions, including corporate training manager, Taiwan HR manager, Regional OD and talent development director. Yoshiharu holds a BA in Inter-cultural communication from Kita-Kyushu University and an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University. He is currently in the Ed Doctoral program in Organization Change at Pepperdine University.
