| プロフィール | Anthony Bedard was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. After graduating from Champlain College with a DEC in Psychology, he went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Institutional Administration from Concordia University. Having focused his graduate studies mainly upon Japanese management systems, Anthony moved to Japan where he spent three years working for a trading company. Upon return to Canada, he was hired to develop and teach an international business program for a Canadian college. Since then, he has been a partner in an international consulting firm and has earned an MBA and passed the US Certified Public Accountant exams. For the past 10 years, Anthony has been the International Operations Manager for a large Japanese corporation in Tokyo. His business and research interests include people, motivation and performance, with a specific focus on the psychological contract between employees and their employers |
